Do you get a shirt when you register for the 5k?

I was wondering if it is ok if I run the 5k with my son and jogging stroller (starting near the back). I’m registered for the race but can’t find a baby sitter and I still really want to jog in the 5k

Absolutly! You can run in any way you see fit. :)

I am wondering how strenuous the 5K is. I am 7 months pregnant and am kind of worried about how hard it will be. Is it uphill or what is the route? Please let me know! Thanks!

Extremely easy and flat. It will be early so the heat will not be to bad. I think you should be fine. We will not really be timing anyone so there is no need to run super fast. You can always slow down if you need to. Thanks!

How long can we register for the 5K online? And can people walk the 5K?

    • laynej3   August 21, 2013 6:17 pm

You can register untill the day before. or you can come the morning of and sign up. and yes anyone can walk. its not really being timed or anything so its just for fun and to raise money for the woods :)
